Simple terms for using your Pico page.
These terms are here to set clear expectations around accounts, subscriptions, your content, and fair use of the service.
- Keep your account details accurate and secure.
- Only publish content you have the right to use.
- A live public page requires an active subscription.
- We may suspend misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Using Pico
You are responsible for the account you create, the information you add, and keeping your login details safe. Please use Pico in a lawful and reasonable way.
What you publish
You keep ownership of your business name, text, hours, and other content, but you give us permission to display it through your Pico page so the service can work properly.
Subscriptions
Some features, including making your page publicly live, require an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends or payment fails, your page may stop being publicly available until billing is restored.
Suspension and limits
We may remove content or suspend accounts that are abusive, misleading, infringe rights, attempt to damage the service, or break the law. We may also update Pico and these terms from time to time.
Pico is provided on an ongoing basis, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability at all times. You should keep your page details up to date so customers are not misled.
If you have questions about these terms, billing, or your account, contact Horizon Creative Studio through the details provided with your service.
